Motherhood is a sacred journey that teaches a woman not only about her children but about herself as well. Cranaleith is dedicated to providing a supportive space for mothers at any stage of their journey to be fully seen and heard. Using writing, meditation, storytelling, and ceremony come together as a group to connect and build community, share experiences, and develop a practice of love and compassion for ourselves. 

This group will be facilitated by (Mother of 3 adult children, Energy Worker, Yoga Instructor and Community Herbalist) Tiffany Cooper. Tiffany is also in the process of becoming certified as a Lactation Consultant and Birth Doula. Her personal path is about supporting and empowering women to heal and live the most fulfilling lives possible.
