EsplanadeFriends host a FREE Live Music Event on the East River Waterfront, with live music from Gene Casey and the Lone Sharks, free face painting, Halloween arts and crafts, complimentary A La Mode ice cream (while supplies last), and additional activities for kids—all with a spectacular water view!
