Ice Theatre of New York (ITNY) glides into the Chelsea Piers Sky Rink for its 2025 home season performances, which culminates with a special gala performance on Monday.

Friday & Saturday at 7pm

HOME SEASON PROGRAM

The 1-hour program consists of nine (9) short ice dance performances, a blend of mesmerizing, lyrical and whimsical creative pieces, including: 

  • Alberta Biography - a solo performance set to recorded birdsong of robins, sparrows, pine warblers and a rare meadowlark;
  • Revolt des Enfants - three performers interconnected by a white sheath that requires their skillful collaboration; 
  • Arctic Memory - a sweepingly dramatic costume and unique environmental expression created by the first and to-date only choreographer-in-residence aboard a US Coast Guard icebreaker in the Arctic.
