Cooper Environmental Center honors these magnificent creatures with crafts, lectures, stories and live encounters.
Fossil discoveries have recorded Horseshoe Crabs appearing as early as 450 million years ago. Though the remaining four species of horseshoe crabs living today have evolved from those earlier ancestors into unique species, their overall adaptations and physiology has remained mostly unchanged.
Schedule:
