Orange County Model Engineers offers free train rides to families on the third weekend of every month. 

The club has a variety of bench cars that seat 4-6 people per bench. Each ride lasts 12-15 minutes on a 1.25 mile track. Catch views of the Costa Mesa Golf Course, local wildlife and birds, and the surrounding mountains. 

For Children to ride the trains, they must be able to walk and be at least 31″ tall. No babies in baby carriers. All riders must be seated and facing forward for the duration of the ride.

Train rides are held weather permitting.

Rides are free; however, donations are strongly encouraged.
