St. Charles' fall scarecrow tradition continues with the Scarecrow Stroll, as part of its Scarecrow Festival. Scarecrows are placed throughout the downtown area for families to find. There will be a Family Zone with live entertainment and family fun, an Activity Zone with festive photo ops, Scarecrow-to-Go, and family activities. 

Attendees can also enjoy live entertainment throughout the 1st Street Plaza throughout the weekend! Adults can also enjoy local merchant sales in the city's downtown.
