Freshkills Park staff takes families behind the scenes to visit areas that are currently closed to the public. On this 1-mile walk, you’ll use a nature journal (provided) to learn about the different plants and animals found in the woods, wetlands, and grasslands at Freshkills Park.

Register in advance. Each ticket admits one car, containing up to five participants. During registration you will be asked about additional participants in your car.
