Museum Day is an annual event hosted by Smithsonian magazine in which participating museums across the country open their doors for free to anyone presenting a Museum Day ticket.

Tickets must be downloaded in advance. Participants are allowed to download one ticket per email address. The ticket provides free general admission on Saturday, September 17 for two people.
