Update:  "Due to CDC guidance on the COVID-19 global crisis, auditions will be held online in June. On Sunday, June 14th at 2:00 PM, our directors will deliver a live-stream presentation via Zoom, introducing students and parents to the outstanding programs of the National Children’s Chorus. On June 14th, 15th and 16th, all applicants will then sign up for a private video audition with one of our conductors. Instructions will be e-mailed to all applicants following registration to set up your individual audition appointment."

The National Children’s Chorus holds its Spring auditions for children ages 5 to 18.

Based at the UCLA School of Music,  the National Children's Chorus provides children the opportunity to learn and grow in an extraordinary musical environment. Instructors work weekly with students to develop their vocal skills from the most basic concepts through the college level.

Students develop tone quality, breath support, and artistic expression while working together as an ensemble. The program culminates in performances at Royce Hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and internationally.  

Audition is required to enroll in the program. Schedule an audition via the sign-up link. Note that a monthly tuition fee applies if accepted into the program; scholarships are available.
