"Stitch to Learn, Learn to Stitch" Exhibit

Price: Free admission and parking; A $2 donation is suggested.
Needlework throughout history has been an art form associated with women. From young girls who made samplers to older women who embellished clothing, the exhibit will show a variety of samplers, redwork, embroidered table scarfs and more. This exhibit is included on all regular guided tours of the Pennypacker mansion. The Exhibit is located in the Galleries on the second floor. The mansion is partly handicapped accessible on the first floor, not the 2nd floor. This exhibit debuts on Wednesday, March 1st and runs through Wednesday, January 31, 2018. Hours of Operation are as follows: Tuesdays thru Saturdays, 10 AM to 4 PM; Sundays: 1 PM to 4 PM. Pennypacker Mills is closed all Mondays and major holidays.
