The American Helicopter Museum celebrates World Helicopter Day, a day to raise awareness of the helicopter’s extensive contributions to society, including rescues, disaster relief, firefighting, medical transports, and agriculture.

This event features a variety of unique activities such as interesting displays, hands-on demonstrations, and games. World Helicopter Day also honors the diverse range of people that design, fly, and support these vehicles.
