Swans, sword fights, and toreadors take center stage as ABT Principal Dancer James Whiteside presents a narrated, hour-long introduction to ballet for children and their families.

This season’s ABTKids performance serves up bite-sized excerpts of works from ABT’s Summer season, including Swan Lake, Giselle, and Romeo and Juliet, as well as the solo Do You Care? and a special performance of Vasily Vainonen's Flames of Paris.

Throughout the program, audience members get behind-the-scenes insights from the performers and learn about the different elements of a ballet production. An ASL interpreter is provided.
