As the uncertainly of our times continues, families managing increased time at home need tools to cope with the toll of the pandemic.PJ Library in Los Angeles and The Jewish Federation offer some guidance in "Parenting Through Covid: Addressing Problem Behavior in Children and Reducing Parent Burnout".

Children may be having trouble with the disruption of routine and may be acting out. Parents may find themselves completely exhausted at the end of the day after being the teacher, chef, activities director and parent.

Focusing on children ages 3-10, this webinar is led by Lucy Rimalower, L.M.F.T., whose private practice focuses on critical issues for children and families. Lucy provides strategies for parents as they manage the stress that may manifest as disruptive behaviors in kids, and fatigue in parents due to loss of summer plans and activities, social distancing, managing multiple roles, and anxiety about the future.
