EnerGEEwhiz hosts a virtual class where kids can use tape (painters recommended for hard floors) to create an obstacle course of different exercises that will challenge them in a fun way!

Equipment Needed: 6 pieces of 4ft tape. Painter’s tape is recommended on a hard floor so it doesn’t leave a mark.

Pacific time: 11am-12pm

Central time: 1pm-2pm

Eastern time: 2pm-3pm
