Front and Fulton Streets transform into a massive Halloween-themed block party for kids 2-10 with live music, bubble shows, face painting, costume contests, pumpkin decorating and more. 

Produced by Mommy Poppins and Brooklyn Bridge Parents, we have an amazing line up of activities: 
 
Seaport Square
  • Live music with urban cowboy Hopalong Andrew 4 - 4.45 pm
  • Face painting, block building, crafts and more
  • Mini outdoor gym for kids
  • Seasonal spooky activation by Dunkin
  • Costume contest
Fulton Street
  • Bubble show 3.30 - 4.30 pm
  • Dance party 4.15 - 4.45 pm
  • Pumpkin decorating*
  • Face painting, crafts, games and more
Guests are encouraged to wear costumes (both themselves and their doggos) for a chance to win a prize. Two (2) winners - 1 dog winner and 1 human winner - will each receive a Tin Building gift card.

But the fun doesn’t stop there! Head on over to Seaport Square for a seasonal spooky activation by Dunkin, featuring special treats for both adults and their four-legged companions.
