Larry Gets Lost in NYC: The Importance of Walkable Cities at the Skyscraper Museum
Young learners are introduced to the significance of walkable communities and learn how and why talented architects make this possible. After a read-aloud of John Skewes and Michael Mullin's book, Larry Gets Lost in NYC, kids adventure around Battery Park City and discover different aspects of urban design that make this neighborhood walkable!
You must reserve a place for your child/family by clicking the "RSVP" button on the website. This will forward you to Ticketstripe for signup. After registering, you will receive emails to confirm your attendance through a Google Form (you need to fill this out once). If you do not confirm your attendance by Friday morning before the program, your place will be canceled. Every child should be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
