NexGenLA Sneak Peek of the David Geffen Galleries at LACMA

NexGenLA members can be among the first to step inside the David Geffen Galleries - before a single artwork is installed!
Designed by world-renowned architect Peter Zumthor, this stunning new building sets the stage for a day of creativity and fun perfect for kids and their grown-ups. Guests can explore and create with hands-on workshops, family tours, puppet walkarounds, a scavenger hunt, and a DJ set at this exclusive preview of LACMA's next big adventure.
Tickets include:
- An exclusive sneak peek inside the galleries, designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architect Peter Zumthor (before any artwork is installed)
- Hands-on art workshops inspired by LACMA's new building and public artworks
- Festive family activities: a fun scavenger hunt, tours for families, puppet walkabouts with the Bob Baker Marionette Theater, and music set to the soundscape of Los Angeles by DJ Sizzle Fantastic
- Full access to the art and exhibitions currently on view in BCAM and the Resnick Pavilion
Free advance timed-entry NexGenLA tickets are required. A limited number of walk-in tickets will be available in person.
