Boat Cinema is LA’s first movie experience where guests watch the movie from their own personal mini boat.

Moviegoers can reserve a mini electric boat  or opt for beach seating (bring your own chairs/towels). 

Guests may pack their own picnics; there are various concession items available for purchase including movie snacks and artisan pizzas.

The evening includes music and pre-show fun.
Doors open at 6:30pm. 
Mini Boat Check In: 30 minutes before sunset
Showtime: 15 minutes after sunset

Electric Mini Boats fit up to 5 people (850 pounds of combined weight). Children under 2 years old are not permitted. At least one person in the party must be 18 or older to rent the electric boats (life jackets provided). All Mini Boat guests must sign a waiver upon entrance to Boat Cinema

 All ages are welcome for Beach Seating.   Children 3 and under are free for beach.

The Castaic Lake location is 30 minutes from DTLA.
