Roam the lush grounds outside and then climb the 60-foot-high beacon of light.
Check out both the updated "Tale of a Whale" exhibit in the Whale House, and the seasonal exhibit "Keeping It Lit," which will feature the the Horton Point Lighthouse keepers. The high vantage boasts sweeping views of Long Island Sound that are breathtaking. Take a hike on the trails or brave the steep trek down to the rocky shore beach. Ideal for rock collecting.

Open every Saturday and Sunday and some Monday holidays through mid-September.

NOTE: Parking at Horton Point Lighthouse is available in the Southold Park District’s lot for a $5 fee (if not a Park District resident). Street parking is by Southold Town Permit only.
