Long Island Children’s Museum has a giant story to tell, and they need your help to tell it. Join in this collaborative painting party to finalize a new 1,100-sq.-ft. mural that will become the centerpiece of the building. Free workshops March 29 & 30: at 11am, 1pm or 3pm.

LICM visitors have been working with muralist Viktoriya Basina to create a design that captures the community. Visitors have shared their thoughts and images to guide Viktoriya and given feedback on her design ideas. Now’s the time to finalize the design as visitors paint the panels that complete this mural. Additionally, children can add their handprints to the design and become a permanent part of this new public art piece.
