In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Long Island Children's Museum is showcasing the Oaxacan metal art known as hojalata. This type of tin art dates to the 16th century and features wonderfully bright colors. Create your own hojalata to bring home.

This is a drop-in program, free with admission. It takes approximately 10 minutes and is yours to keep.
