This Farmingdale Ram Run 5K Run/Walk kicks off with a free kids fun run on the campus of Farmingdale State College.

9am 5K start rain or shine start time, 8:30am free kids fun run start time.

 

  • T-shirts
  • First 200 registrants receive a fanny pack!
  • Free Kids Fun Run - 1 lap around the track!
  • Complimentary training program for runners age 14 and younger hosted by FSC Faculty Member and elite runner Dr. Derek Hanson and Jay Asparro: endurance athlete, advocate for caregivers of loved ones living with Alzheimer’s or Dementia, and running coach
  • Post-Race Refreshments including hot chocolate!
  • 1 free beer with race bib at Changing Times restaurant 1247 Melville Rd, Farmingdale (MUST BE 21+)

Beneficiary:
Proceeds from the event are going to the Farmingdale State College Alumni Association.
