Sands Point Preserve is hosting its first-ever Family Forest Bathing experience, where families can enjoy trails, connect with trees, go on a nature scavenger hunt and create forest art. 

This event is led by Long Island’s first certified forest therapy guide, Linda Lombardo. This experience is designed as a connection with nature, to slow down, and observe the world around us, along with all the wellness benefits of being outdoors.
