During this AdvoKids workshop at the Long Island Children's Museum, visitors will learn about International Jewish American Heritage Month.

Visitors will learn about Jewish contributions to American culture and make a chai (pronounced like high) necklace, the Hebrew word for life.

AdvoKids is a monthly series focusing on children learning what it means to be an advocate for themselves and others. Adults will learn how they can support their child’s self-advocacy efforts, which promote confidence, resilience and empathy.
