This Massapequa Park Mile includes a free kids' fun run after the Men's Mile. The women's race steps off first. 

Races: 9am Women / 9:30am Men. Sanctioned by USATF-LONG ISLAND and an Individual & Team scoring race in the USATF-LI Grand Prix.

All are welcome, but you can also become a member to score.
