Hanukkah Menorah Lighting at Sundown

Downtown Santa Monica celebrates Hanukkah with a traditional menorah lighting at sundown each night at sundown during the holiday

The lighting of the menorah begins at sundown and takes place on the 1400 block of Third Street Promenade (located between Santa Monica Blvd and Broadway).

A different group hosts the menorah lighting each night:

Nov. 28: Chabad of Santa Monica 

Nov. 29: Nashuva 

Nov. 30: Gan Israel Pre-School  

Dec. 1: Mishkon Tephilo 

Dec. 2: Beth Shir Shalom 

Dec. 3: Office of State Assembly member Richard Bloom  

Dec. 4: Kehillat Israel  

Dec. 5: IKAR
