Weekday Event Picks for NJ Kids: MLK Day, Nature Storytime, January 18-22
This week kicks off with Martin Luther King, Jr. Day-- a day off from school and a day to learn about peace and making a difference. Take part in activities that honor the day, such as Explore the Dream Through Art Workshop and many others on our calendar. It’s also a budget-friendly week, with no-cost events all around, including Pottery Barn Kids Story Time, Frozen Movie Night and Moovin’ and Groovin’ Thursdays. Explore the Dream Through Art Workshop (Maplewood)
Honor Martin Luther King Day with an art project focusing on peace, equality and friendship at Express Yourself Studios. Three sessions are available on Monday for ages 4 and up.

MLK Day Skate & Play (Westville)
Glide on over to Deptford Skating Center for a day of skating, character visits, inflatables, food and fun. Choose among sessions with Elsa, Olaf or Sponge Bob/Elmo.
