Monarch butterflies are on the move to their overwintering grounds in Mexico. Learn all about this miraculous journey and much more at the CT Audubon Society.

The program begins indoors with a discovery talk about the importance of milkweed to the Monarch’s life cycle, the challenges Monarchs face in an ever-changing world and what you can do to help. Then we head outdoors to search for monarchs in our pollinator garden and around the Center grounds, and we’ll tag the ones we find.

The program runs rain or shine -- in the event of inclement weather, alternate indoor activities are planned. It’s appropriate for adults and families with children age 5 and up. No strollers please.
