Spill the Tea: Little Women ~ An Afternoon Tea at the Lyman Homestead
Calling all tea lovers & Little Women enthusiasts!
Step into the world of Little Women for a delightful afternoon tea at the Historic Lyman
Homestead. Immerse yourself in the charm of 19th century New England as we
celebrate the timeless story of sisterhood, family, and resilience.
The Afternoon Tea will take place on Sunday, November 17th.
Two Seatings: 11am & 2pm
Savor a selection of fine teas from Savvy Tea Gourmet of Madison, along with delectable treats prepared by the Apple Barrel Farm Market. As you sip and enjoy, engage in discussions of Louisa May Alcott's beloved novel, or share your favorite moments from the classic movie adaption.
Menu:
"Concord Orchard Bites" - Apple, Cranberry Tea Sandwich with Sage Cream Cheese. Named after the March sisters' hometown of Concord, Massachusetts, and the local orchards they might have enjoyed during autumn.
"Jo's Spirited Quiche" - Mini Quiche Lorraine. Jo March's bold, spirited personality is captured in this quiche - hearty and strong, yet refined, just like Jo's evolving character.
"Amy's Artistic Scones" - Miniature Lemon Poppy and White Chocolate Raspberry Scones with Lemon Curd. Inspired by Amy's artistic flair and love for refinement.
Whether you're a longtime fan of Little Women or experiencing it for the first time, this tea party will transport you back in time for an afternoon of warmth and connection.
Tickets are $38 per person | Advance registration is required.
Guests will be served in the elegant Lyman Homestead living room.
All guests will be seated at tables of 6, with other guests. Seating is limited and tickets will sell quickly. If you wish to sit with other ticket holders, please email npeach@lymanorchards.com to ensure you sit together.
