River Tales: Who’s Hiding on the River? at the Ct River Museum

- see all dates
There are lots of creatures by the river. Where are they hiding and what are they doing?
Explore under rocks and lily pads and dive below the river’s surface to discover an entire world hidden from view. Learn interesting facts that will help children view rivers in a whole new light.
In March we’ll read Who’s Hiding on the River by Katharine McEwen, a perfect introduction to the outdoors for young learners with beautiful collaged pages and more than 20 pop up flaps!
Swing by the Connecticut River Museum for activities that engage kids with the Connecticut River’s stunning wildlife and rich history. Crafts will take place in the Museum’s Boathouse.
