Get ready to rise & SHINE with a fun Mama & Me yoga class as attendees prepare for Mother’s Day. Kids wil practice flower breathing, explore springtime yoga poses, and play a mindful yoga game or two.

Class will end with Savasana with your little sunshine. Geared toward kids aes 2-5 & their moms. Taught by Rachel Kaczynski of Healthy Chicks, kids yoga instructor & creator of the “Mindful & Magical Me,” Kids Inspiration Deck
