The Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry at UCONN is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of their Maurice Sendak exhibit which will run through Dec. 2022. Alhthough not a puppeteer himself, Sendak "understood the nature of puppetry's never-ending fascination with objects, images, movement, music, and text."

The Grand Opening of this exhibit will include a live performance of the puppetry students' "Toy Theater."
