Shad Derby weekend is a tradition that all residents look forward to annually. The Festival includes activities on the green, a parade, and a 5K run and walk. The Windsor Town Green is packed with plenty of local entertainment - magicians, games, musicians, and family fun activities for all ages.

There are also vendors with lots of goodies for sale. Civic groups and local organizations also have booths to provide information. There is also a beer garden. There is so much packed onto the Windsor Town Green that it is easy to see why thousands of people flock to Windsor every year on the third Saturday in May for Shad Derby Day.
