The Prairie District Neighborhood Alliance hosts its 12th Annual South Loop Children's Halloween Party, featuring pumpkin decorating, mask making, candy, a petting zoo, games, face painting, and musical entertainment for the whole family! Kids (and adults) are invited to wear their costumes and bring their own trick-or-treat baskets.
