Kids and parents can practice their cat and cow poses at The Brown Cow Ice Cream Parlor in Forest Park. Instructors will weave poses, songs, rhyme, and breath into carefully selected stories for young yogis. No prior yoga experience is required.

Yoga mats are suggested, but some will be available for those who don't have them.
