Glen Ellyn Park District celebrates its 100th anniversary with a series of movies in various parks throughout the summer . Festivities begin at 8:15 p.m. with a game and costume contest for kids who want to dress up as their favorite character from each movie. Movies begin between 8:30 and 9 p.m.

June 12: The Muppet Movie at Spalding Park

June 26: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at Lake Crawford Park

July 10: The Santa Clause at Newton Park

July 31: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone at Lake Ellyn Park

August 14: Alice in Wonderland at Maryknoll Park
