CAMP Dallas Is Telling a Whimsical New Story
CAMP Dallas invites you to play in a whole new way
If you’ve been to CAMP Dallas, you know all about the magic behind the door. Just in time for summer break, the interactive toy store is bringing a whimsical new adventure to DFW, and it’s one you don’t want to miss.
Beginning on May 23, kids of all ages can experience a brand-new original show: Fairytale CAMP—a place where lots of magic and a little bit of chaos await. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill story time! It’s a guided theatrical experience featuring classic storybook characters with a modern-day twist. Think Cinderella sporting sneakers, Little Red Riding Hood running a boot camp, and the Mad Hatter spinning beats.
Once you’ve entered the Enchanted Hollow, these beloved characters will help guests as they embark on a hilarious but exciting quest. The mission? Help a clumsy but lovable dragon named Grumble find three missing gems: Imagination, Bravery, and Friendship, to bring peace back to the kingdom.
How will you solve the quest? Kids will sing and dance with the Mad Hatter, help Peter Pan write a hit song in the writer’s waterfall cave, build strength in Red’s wolf-fighting boot camp, and of course, join Cinderella and the prince for glitter explosions and a bit of royal drama.
"At CAMP, we're all about creating unforgettable moments for families through story-driven play," says Amanda Raposo, CAMP's Chief Experience Officer. "With Fairytale CAMP, we're inviting guests into a brand-new style of CAMP experience full of joyful chaos, hilarious characters, and hands-on adventure—where kids get to be the heroes of their own story."
In addition to the interactive story, kids can meet LITTLEST PET SHOP pet-friends throughout the show, and families will find Tonies figurines and Tonieboxes in the Fairytale CAMP merchandise assortment across and see demos by whimsical CAMP Counselors.
Tickets are available now at camp.com/fairytale or in person at the CAMP Dallas store. Early booking is encouraged, as spots are limited. Step through the Magic Door and into Fairytale CAMP at the CAMP Dallas store from May 23 - September 28, 2025.
