To celebrate the birthday of Dr. King, the Museum holds a Family Day on the Monday school holiday with a special exhibit on Black History.

There are hands-on activities including arts and crafts with stamps, stamp games and puzzles, designing personal stamps, creating unique envelopes and stamp scavenger hunts. Children can also create a free collection of famous African-Americans on stamps to take home. Each child receives a mint U.S. Dr. King stamp.
