The Friends of Morningside Park host the 25th annual Common Ground festival - uptown's longest running family festival. 

Drop by for pony rides, games, face painting, a tie dye workshop (with FREE T-shirts while supplies last), a marching band, and musical and dance performances througout the afternoon.

This year the festivities are at a new location at the north end of the park. Enter the park from West 123rd Street and Morningside Avenue or West 120th Street and Morningside Avenue and proceed to the 121st Street picnic area.
