New Rochelle celebrates its French roots at this Bastille Day celebration, featuring music by French children's entertainer Armelle Gloaguen, a screening of The Red Balloon, Monet waterlilies and sunflower crafts, and free berets and red balloons! 

Part of the New Rochelle Grand Market. 

Performer Armelle is scheduled for 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, and the film (inside the New Rochelle Public Library) is at 1:00 pm.
