Moms love receiving flowers, but even more, they love something handmade just from you. Step into spring and celebrate Mom with a special night out and time just for you and her. Bring an after-school snack and join Hartford Press Co-op for some fun printing and card-making.

Whether mom likes spring flowers, gardening, or even bees and bugs, artist and educator Katherine Nicholson will help attendees create a drawing that your Mom will love. Then turn your drawing into a foam plate print for a Mother's Day card or just a stand-alone piece of art.
