POSTPONED - Rock The Block
- see all dates
Rock the Block every third Wednesday from May through August, with electrifying live music and an expanded outdoor dining experience right onto Mamaroneck Ave-no cars, just people-transforming it into White Plains’ premier Str”eat”ery. Indulge in delicious al fresco dining, groove to fantastic live tunes, engage in a friendly competition of ping pong or cornhole, forge new friendships, and create lasting memories!
Chicago native Ada Dyer began in local bands before joining Norman Connors as “Adaritha” on his late-’70s albums. She sang on Warp 9’s ’80s club hits and released two solo albums on Motown. Dyer has toured with Chaka Khan and Lenny Kravitz, and recorded with U2, Sting, and Luther Vandross.
Due to rain, the August 20 event has been postponed to August 27.
