Join the fun decorating a scarecrow on the sound in Davenport Park. Take it home or donate it for this year's Falloween (October 25)! There will be fall games and apple cider as well. NOTE: As of Oct. 7, New Rochelle announced that the event was at capacity and registration was closed.
