Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History
The National Museum of Natural History is collaborating with the US Forest Service to celebrate Bat Week. Come learn about how important bats are to the planet, and help shine the light on the importance of spiders. See bat and spider specimens up close, make art celebrating bats and spiders, and learn other ways to support bats and spiders all year long.
The event is free and registration is not required. Families may drop in for as long as they like.
Feel free to wear favorite bat or spider attire.
