Woodrow Wilson Plaza becomes Halloween central for a spooktacular celebration. The exciting lineup of family-friendly and engaging activities promises fun, including a hay bale maze, pumpkin decorating, face painting, balloon twisting, strolling characters, DJ and dancing, plus so much more.Gather loved ones, friends, and colleagues to revel in the autumn spirit.
