The Celebrate Petworth Festival features storytelling about the history of the Petworth neighborhood, delicious food, a dog show, music and performers, and a full day of kids' activities in the Kids' Zone.

The Kids' Zone will be located on the 4200 Block of 9th Street NW and will feature:

  • Family Yoga with Yoga Heights at 10am

  • Movement, Music & Theater on the Kids Stage, hosted by Tara Hoot

  • Face painting

  • Free learn-to-skate lessons provided by Skate Instruction

  • Fun with chalk, bubbles, and more
