Shoppers can visit the Delaware State Fairgrounds for Just Between Friends' children's sale. Families are welcome to shop. Free passes are available online.

Shopping hours are as follows:
March 19: 9am -9 pm
March 20: 9 am-9 pm
March 21: 8 am-3 pm
