Children 9 and older are invited to Norristown Farm Park for an animal habitat restoration project. Park Ranger Mike and volunteers remove invasive plants from a section of the park and plant some native species.
Individuals, families, and groups are welcome. Be sure to bring along work gloves. Loppers, pruning saws and shears, and trowels are helpful as well. Learn to identify native and non-native plant species. Pre-registration is preferred. Participants should meet at the park office.
