Families can paddle around the Penn's Landing basin in a kayak, rowboat, swan, or dragon this season; the four-seater flamingo and yellow duck are new additions to the fleet for 2023.

Participants launch from the spot near Spruce Street Harbor Park and the Hilton Penn's Landing.

Friday: 3 PM - dusk

Saturday-Sunday/Holidays: 12 PM - dusk
