Spooky Spiotta returns to the heart of South Orange Downtown. Dress to impress and enjoy a festive Halloween celebration featuring a costume contest with prizes from local businesses, an interactive obstacle course, themed games, trick-or-treat stations, plus face painting and fairy hair from SOMA Pop Party to complete the look.
